South Africa: Top Court Orders Inquiry Into Conduct of Judge Over Zuma Case
The Supreme Court of Appeal on Thursday upheld an appeal against the Judicial Service Commission and the Judge President of the Western Cape High Court John Hlophe in a second matter regarding possible disciplinary matters involving Hlophe.
